Taproot Photography – Blog

Today we had 3 portrait sessions in Nashville and Franklin. We met some very fun families and had a great time getting to know some incredible kids. We will be posting some of the photos very soon. On the way back to Franklin from our last session we saw the sun setting over a beautiful hay field. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

While we were waiting to meet up with Duke and Keri for their Engagement Photo Session I took a couple of shots downtown in Tifton.

This weekend we attended the wedding of my good friend Matt Wright and his lovely new bride Sarah. We weren’t actually photographing the wedding, we were just there as guest’s. It was a beautiful wedding and reception in historic Savannah, Ga. After the wedding and on the way home we had enough time to take a couple photos. Here is what we came up with. We hope you enjoy.

Well… Shayna went on a “girls only” trip to the beach this weekend and I attempted to fish with the guys, but it seemed that the only thing biting were the mosquitoes. So after about an hour of exercising my arms and not catching any fish and noticing that there was going to be a nice sunset I decided to grab my 35mm. Here are a couple of shots I got before the mosquitoes carried me away.
