We are Matt and Shayna Hobbs a husband and wife team of professional photographers. We are so glad that you stopped by! We don’t have educational credentials in photography or art. We are just two very simple people that share the same passion... love for the artistic creation that a camera lends. Our eyes share the same bond and our hearts are united with the desire to be more than average. We both loved photography before we met. We both dreamed of one day owning our own photography studio. We both overcame the same barrier that a lack of education is supposed to create. Our passion has forged the way for our provision. We hope to inspire you with our story. We pray to learn from you and your story. We desire to join with you in this journey called life, to share a few memories, snap a few photos, and leave you with an eternal impression, a snapshot of what your life looked like. My dad, Bill Miller, has always been an excellent musician in my eyes because he’s my dad. I remember thinking that my dad wrote “Blackbird”. He used to sing that song to me as a lullaby when I was little. As I got older I heard the Beatles play that song on the radio and I remember thinking, “Hey they totally ripped my dad off!”. So this year, my dad won a Grammy for Native American Album of the year. This is his third Grammy. Of course I am very proud of him, but most of all I am really proud of the father he is to me and my four younger siblings, the husband he is to my mom, the grandfather he is to our child and the relationship that we share. These are some shots we took of him at a beautiful overlook here in Franklin, TN at sunset. It’s so easy to take pictures of my dad mostly because of his great sense of humor. We were all cracking up in most of these shots. We love you dad! Many blessings to you in life and your career!
